DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP - $20,000

(Exclusive Opportunity - One Available)

  • Presenting sponsor of the ACE Welcoming Reception on Sunday, January 26th

  • Opportunity to give a five-minute company overview and introduction of an Annual Meeting speaker OR have a general session in case study format (general session presentation must be submitted to ACE 60 days before the annual meeting for final approval)

  • Opportunity to submit a two-minute infomercial video to be played before, during, or in between a session at the ACE 2025 Annual Meeting

  • One (1) Company Representative is invited to attend the special in-person cocktail party with the ACE Board of Directors on Sunday, January 26th

ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

  • PREMIUM BACKPACK SPONSORSHIP - $12,500

    Exclusive sponsor of the ACE Backpack given to all attendees. Backpack will have the sponsor logo along with the ACE logo. (Examples from previous years are the Yeti Tumbler, Patagonia Fleece and Helley Hansen Fleece)

  • COFFEE BREAK SPONSORSHIP - $10,000

    Exclusive sponsor of the coffee breaks for the duration of the 2025 conference. A coffee cup sleeve will be branded with the sponsor logo and ACE logo and served with cups at all breaks.

  • LANYARD SPONSORSHIP - $7,500

    Exclusive sponsor of the 2025 conference lanyard. Lanyard will be branded with the sponsor logo and ACE logo and handed out to all attendees with badge.
